About ACD
The Advance Cargo Declaration of Democratic Republic of the Congo is a platform of collection and management for logistical and commercial information on cargos and ships from the ports of embarkation. This implementation has its justification in several missions, programs and international convention among others:
World Customs Organization
The international program for the securing of goods, international trade, combating terrorism, organized crime and money laundering.
ISPS Code
Ensure compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code in its Part B of the recommendations.
Safety
Promote the timely and accurate exchange of information that will allow the Port Authority and other control structures to more effectively manage and detect high-risk shipments.

Entry Summary Number
In case of import of goods, the ship operator or its representative must declare cargo information in advance to the web site
Movment Reference Number
Application for tracking goods in transit. Tracking is done via the Movement Reference Number (MRN).
Clearence Certificate
Clearance certificates issued to the carrier for fully complying with the ACD Scheme. Clearance is giving to sail in and sail out
